Since 2003, Tunturi Oy Ltd has been a part of the Dutch cycling giant Accell Group. Accell Group manufactures bicycles under several different brands and offers an amazing cycling experience to all bicycle users. The Group manufactures bicycles as well as bicycle parts and accessories. Accell Group is the European market leader in e-bikes and the second largest in bicycle parts and accessories. In addition to Tunturi and Nishiki, other well-known Accell Group bicycle brands include Haibike, Winora, Ghost, Batavus, Koga and Lapierre, which Tunturi represents in Finland . The bicycle part and accessory manufacturer XLC is also a part of Accell Group. Accell Group employs approximately 3,100 people in 15 countries. Accell Group bicycles and accessories are sold in more than 80 countries. In 2020, the company sold 897,000 bicycles with a turnover of EUR 1.3 billion.
