We grant a five-year warranty for the frames of all the bicycles we manufacture. The warranty period for front forks, paintwork and other parts of the bicycle is two years. For detailed warranty conditions, please see the user manual.
If you notice any issues or need a more detailed user guide for the product you bought, please contact the vendor you bought your bicycle from. The dealer is responsible for the warranty and any complaints of products they have sold, and will be happy to help you with any questions. If the dealer needs any consultation, they will contact Tunturi’s contract maintenance or after-sales department.
NOTE! Regular care and professional maintenance – in addition to adjustment and care carried out yourself – are the cornerstones of preventing issues from occurring with the products, and this is highlighted at many points of the user manual that comes with each new bicycle. Even though a bicycle is a rather old invention it does still have a lot of technology that requires a professional service person on a regular basis.
